Buying ClubPH books
Refund & Delivery Policy

This policy covers all ClubPH digital books and printable files, including starter-buyer upgrades. ClubPH is operated by Ukrainian sole proprietor Yurii Serhiiovych Rozora (ФОП Розора Юрій Сергійович). No physical item is shipped. We want you to be able to read the books and try a routine without worrying about the purchase.
Our promise: Request a full refund within seven days after purchase, for any reason—even if you have downloaded the PDF. No questionnaire or justification is required.
How to request a refund
Contact us at office@clubph.com or use the support option in your Creem purchase receipt. Please include the email address used at checkout and, if available, your order number so we can find the purchase. You may request a refund even after opening or downloading the book.
Creem processes the payment as merchant of record and issues the refund to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear can depend on the payment provider. This seven-day promise is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Digital delivery
You receive the files for the product selected at checkout:
- Your Day: the 52-page daily book PDF, plus a separate 8-page printables-and-cards PDF (its four printable sheets and four cards).
- ClubPH Life Guide and the eligible Your Day buyer upgrade: the 165-page full ClubPH Life Guide PDF plus a separate 29-page printables-and-cards PDF included as a free extra file. Your Day is a separate product.
After confirmed payment, your purchased PDFs are available through the Creem checkout flow. Creem also sends a receipt to the email address used at checkout. Select “Download File” in that email to open your purchase and download both the book and its free printables PDF. The PDFs are accessed through the link, not sent as email attachments. Save both files to your device for later reading and personal printing. You do not need to create a ClubPH account.
If the download or email does not arrive, check the spam folder and the email address entered at checkout, then contact office@clubph.com. We will provide access or issue a full refund.
