Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms explain what you receive when you buy ClubPH digital books or printables and how you may use this website and its products. ClubPH is operated by Ukrainian sole proprietor Yurii Serhiiovych Rozora (ФОП Розора Юрій Сергійович).

The product and price

All products are digital PDFs sold for a single payment. There is no subscription or physical shipment. Your Day is the 52-page daily book ($10 USD), supplied with a separate 8-page printables-and-cards PDF at no extra cost. ClubPH Life Guide is the 165-page full book ($30 USD), supplied with a separate 29-page printables-and-cards PDF as a free extra file. The full book covers the daily foundation shared with Your Day.

Existing Your Day buyers can upgrade to the full book, with its free printables PDF, for $20 USD (the difference between the current $30 full-book and $10 starter prices); contact us using your purchase email for help with eligibility and access. All listed prices are before applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST. Creem calculates any applicable tax and shows the final total before you pay. Only the product and files described at checkout are included. An edition marked “Checkout opens shortly” cannot yet be purchased through this website.

Checkout and delivery

Creem is the merchant of record and contractual seller for purchases made through its checkout. Creem processes payment, calculates applicable indirect tax, and sends the purchase receipt. ClubPH provides the book and handles product support and refund requests. Access to the digital book is provided after confirmed payment. Our Refund & Delivery Policy explains the seven-day guarantee and what to do if access fails.

Personal use

Your purchase permits you to download and use the book for your own personal, non-commercial reading and to print the trackers for your own use. Copyright remains with the rights holder. Please do not resell, upload publicly, distribute copies, or use the book in another paid product without written permission from ClubPH.

Wellness education, not medical care

ClubPH materials are for general education and wellness. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for qualified professional care. Traditional practices are discussed with their limitations and with varying levels of modern evidence. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional about personal health concerns, especially before changing care or trying a practice that may not be suitable for you. Individual experiences differ, and no specific health outcome is promised.

Website information

We aim to keep product details accurate and may correct errors or update this site. Changes to prices or products apply to future purchases, not purchases already completed. We may update these terms for future use of the site; the version available when you buy applies to that purchase, except where law requires otherwise.

Questions and rights

Contact office@clubph.com about the book or these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law. Creem’s Buyer Terms also apply to purchases through its checkout.
